Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically using our online form at the bottom of this page. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
Meeting the deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Right to withhold reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Return costs
We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods for returns from Germany and Austria. For returns from other countries, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Loss of value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of 30 days. You may return goods purchased from us within 30 days of the day you received them, without giving any reason.
Conditions
The goods must be unworn and undamaged. Please notify us of your return by email to info@kathy-jewels.com, by post or via our online form, and send the goods within the 30 days to: Kathy Jewels, Bolkerstr. 57, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany. Sending the goods in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
Return costs
For returns from Germany and Austria, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns from other countries, you bear the return shipping costs.
Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected
Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy. Within the 14-day withdrawal period, only the rules of the statutory right of withdrawal apply; the condition “unworn” only applies to returns after the withdrawal period has expired.
